For those who wish Paul Verhoeven would stop mucking about and make another dystopian sci-fi blockbuster….

Cleverly on my recent cycling expedition to Amsterdam, the guide book failed to leave with me. On my return I was interested to check out some info about the “Delta Projects“. For some reason I decided to check out the authors info, and to my joy one of them had this written about them.

“Simon(Sellars) wishes Paul Verhoeven would stop mucking about and make another dystopian sci-fi blockbuster, preferably starring Rutger Hauer.

Now that wish may not have come completely true but possibly this film may be of some small amusement. The reviews on IMDB seem remarkably favourable, and it somehow has a rotten tomatoes score of 100%. Surely there must be something wrong with that!

Apparently the same directors other film machine girl is “not awful” for this genre.

Toyko Gore Police

NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART – OR AT WORK, probably.

THIS FILM MAY BE IS EXTREMELY VIOLENT
